The evening will consist of...

• Gentle group BodyTalk session to start the evening

• A bowl of nourishing homemade soup to ground us, and home made cakes.

• Optional walking meditation 

• Fire ceremony with drumming and guided shamanic ritual

• Moonology oracle cards and reflective prompts

A Shamanic Journey by the fire – something we don’t usually offer, making this gathering extra special. Guided by rhythmic drumming and visualisation, you’ll be invited into a dreamlike state where symbols, visions, or messages may arise. This journey opens a doorway to connect with your inner wisdom or spirit guides, offering insight, healing, and inspiration that is uniquely yours.

We will gather around the fire as our ancestors did—connecting with the elements, the moon, and each other in a circle of transformation.
