Somatic Shamanism offers a multifaceted and integrative approach to the therapeutic process, and I am committed to ensuring that each clients individual needs and process is given the adequate time required. This is why individual sessions with me normally average 1.5 hours.
My Somatic Shamanism approach has been tried and tested via zoom sessions with the same level of success as face to face, therefore most of my sessions are carried out remotely.
Cancellation policy: no fee required if cancellation is 48 hours or more before an appointment, otherwise full payment will still be due.

Your Investment: An Introduction to Somatic Therapy Training
This 2-part course is designed for practitioners who are interested in understanding and applying somatic awareness in their practice and also forms a solid basis for those who wish to undertake Somatic Shamanism Practitioner Training. It may also be of interest to non-practitioners who wish to explore the benefits of somatic awareness.
Somatic Therapy Part 1
Part 1 covers the basis of how somatic awareness can aid our own practice and help us when working with others. The course is a mixture of practice and theory, and brings together knowledge from several sources including Yoga, Taoism, Polyvagal theory and Parts of Self work.
Somatic Therapy Part 2
Part 2 introduces further somatic practices and takes the work to a deeper level.
Your Investment: Somatic Shamanism Practitioner Training
The online Somatic Shamanism practitioner course consists of 12 months of teaching/study groups and 3 months of course work and assessments. The last intake commenced in June 2022 through to Sept 2023 with the next intake scheduled for June 2023 through to Sept 2024 – for those interested please e-mail me to discuss.

- Somatic healing

- Ethics and practical issues
Requirements
The only requirement a student must have, is a commitment to their own inner development work. To become good practitioners, we need to be continually working on ourselves. We cannot lead people through their own process unless we know intimately the inner landscape of our own journey. The course will require that you learn the process by working on yourself.

As with all my fees I am committed to inclusivity, therefore the full course fees are on a sliding scale depending on your income £1,400 - £2,800. After an initial deposit, the fees are paid by monthly direct debit. Please contact me to discuss. Applications will be via an initial e mail enquiry, that will include your background and the reasons you want to train in Somatic Shamanism. Followed by a zoom meeting to assess suitability.
